By accessing or using the SaleForecast AI tool, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

SaleForecast Ltd provides a free, web-based AI sales forecasting tool that allows users to upload Excel or CSV files to generate KPIs, trends, and demand forecasts. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any registration or login required.

3. Use of Service & Data

You are responsible for the data you upload. You agree not to upload any data that violates any third-party rights or applicable laws. Because our tool does not store your data permanently, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of any analysis results generated during your session.

4. Accuracy of Forecasts

Our tool uses advanced machine learning models (e.g., ARIMA, exponential smoothing) to provide forecasts. While these models are highly accurate (typically 80-90%), they are based on historical consistency and data quality. SaleForecast Ltd does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of any predictions and is not liable for any business decisions made based on these forecasts.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaleForecast Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rīga, Latvia.
